Beth, I wish I could say I planned it that way but evidenced by my other photos, whatever happens, happens. These animals seem to appear out of nowhere and I am barely able to focus before they slip behind a bush. We saw hippos out of the water also but it was too dark to get a picture. Like anywhere, I imagine, it is hit or miss as to what you will see on the bush drive. We were so lucky. Rhinos, giraffe, and all kind of buck but the elephant herd and the lions were the best.
