A "new" school and "new" housing development. Homes made of scrap or mud and rocks await new tenants while children await the beginning of the school year in an old building with a new mission.

Good morning South Africa! We're snowed in here in CT...up to 30" of snow being reported across the state...I95, the Merritt and THE MALLS are closed.
